By default, instant autoresponders are not sent when a single contact is added manually through the administrative interface. However, you can trigger the instant autoresponder to send when you add a single contact. To do so, follow these steps:

      1. Go to the Contacts Overview page and Click “New Contact”

      2. Add the email address for your contact and all other relevant information to the Contact
          Profile modal pop-up. Click “Add Contact”

      2. Under “Advanced List Options” select “Send Instant Autoresponders” and click "Apply"
