Travel history shows you approximate location(s) of where your contact is located. It is based on the contact’s IP address at the time they interacted with your communication (opened or clicked) or filled out a form. If a contact was added to your account via API, we’ll use the IP address that the API call was made from.

To view the travel history of your contact:

    Go to Contacts and click on a contact’s name.

Click on the dropdown located next to the location for your contact. This will appear under their email address.

A modal window will appear and display a map of the contact’s travel history.
